Terms and Conditions

All rates are GST (15%) inclusive and are in New Zealand dollars ($NZD). 

We require Photo ID of at least one adult staying with us at check in. We will take a credit card imprint on arrival. Please contact us as soon as possible if you do not have a credit card available. All guests agree that by checking in, they accept our requirements for safe travel with regard to Covid 19 and agree not to stay with us if they are, or suspect they are ill.

We do require Photo ID is shown when requesting an additional key, we regret we cannot advise visitors of your location within the park or confirm booking details with persons not registered to the room. 

Gang Patches and insignia are not to be worn or displayed in the Holiday Park by guests or visitors. Failure to comply will result in refusal of service.

Deposits and Payments 

In response to Covid 19 we are offering a book with confidence guarantee. We will waive any cancellation or change fees if you need to cancel your booking for COVID19 related reasons. Please note: we reserve the right to request proof in some circumstances.

Payment is by Visa or Mastercard using our secure DPS Payment Gateway. 2% Credit Card and transaction fee applies. Full payment is required at check in. We accept cash, NZ eftpos, Visa, JCB, Mastercard and Union Pay and Alipay 2% credit card transaction fee applies.

Standard Rate a deposit of 1 night is required for all reservations. Balance is payable on check in. Date and room changes can be made at anytime up to day before arrival. Changes on day of arrival will incur a $25 fee plus any difference in rate

14 Day Advance Purchase A non refundable deposit of 1 nights' tariff is required at time of booking. Balance is payable on arrival, date and room changes are $25 at any time plus any difference in rate.

Package Deals  1 night payment is required at time of booking. Balance is payable on arrival, date and room changes are $25 at any time plus any difference in rate. Full payment for added inclusions is required at time of booking


Standard  reservations can be changed and cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled on the day of arrival are non refundable.

14 Day Advance Purchase  are refundable less 1st night deposit.

Package Deals are refundable less 1 nights deposit and recoverable costs from 3rd party suppliers

Super Deal, Early Bird and Last Minute Saver reservations are non refundable.

Cancellation due to exceptional circumstances will be taken into consideration. Please contact us to discuss.

Child Ages

Child ages are 1 to 14 years inclusive - where child rates are offered. Children under 1 year old stay free.

Check-in and Check-out times

Check-in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival.On occasion, circumstances beyond our control may mean your room is not ready at 2pm. If this occurs we will do our best to contact you as early as possible and store your baggage until your room becomes available. You are welcome to use all park facilities from 2pm while you wait. 

Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure, unless otherwise stated. Late check-outs may be possible with prior arrangement. Please note, unarranged late check outs may result in an extra nights tarrif being charged.

Late Check-in

If you are arriving later than 8pm, we ask that you contact our reception staff during office hours to make alternative check-in arrangements. You may call on 0800 396 323 or email  If you have problems accessing your accommodation when reception is closed, please use the Yellow Phone to the right of the reception doors to reach our night manager.

Reception hours

Reception is open from 8am to 8pm Sunday to Thursday and till 10pm on Friday's and Saturday's.

Minimum stay periods/tariffs

Minimum stay periods may apply to weekends, public holidays and other special events. Management reserves the right to alter tariffs without notice. Tariffs may change  depending on availability.

Control of your Personal Information

When you register or give us personal information when making a reservation with us, it will be held on TOP 10 New Zealand's central database. Your personal details will then be able to be accessed by TOP 10 New Zealand and other TOP 10 Holiday Parks if you are making a reservation with them. Christchurch TOP 10 Holiday Park will not share this information with any other third parties without your permission.

Christchurch TOP 10 Holiday Park may send out periodic e-mails informing you of special offers, updated information and other new services. You will be able to choose to unsubscribe to these mailings.

When you stay with us we request a photo ID and credit card imprint, this is kept in IBEX vault or Windcave depending on your method of payment. While this card is usuable by us to process charges you have authorised us for, we do not store the number in a manner that can be viewed by staff. 


We reserve the right to refuse a reservation at any time from any person, including after arrival and during the stay if we reasonably believe the person:

• may cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests 

• may exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour

• is younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age 

We have a zero tolerance policy for illegal activity, if we suspect or have proof illegal activity has occurred during your stay you will be required to vacate the premises and potentially blacklisted from future stays.
