Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I claim my discount on reservations?
A: When making a reservation on after you have selected the dates and accommodation type you will be taken to the payment page. Here you will need to login using your email address and password which you created when setting up your account, the discount will then come off the total price which will be shown on the right hand side of the page.

Q: Do I need 2 memberships if we are 2 people travelling together?
A: If you are 2 people travelling together and staying in the same unit, you only require 1 membership card. You will only require 2 memberships if you travel separately or stay in two different units/sites.

Q: When does an associate membership apply?
A: An Associate Member enjoys the same great benefits as a Full Member. To be eligible, Associate Members must be a spouse/partner of a current Full Member and live at the same address. If you and your partner/spouse travel separately you will need to purchase an Associate Membership to entitle your partner or spouse to the same discounts.

Q: What do I do if I've lost my card?
A: If you have misplaced or lost your card, phone Central Office on 0800 867 836 or visit a TOP 10 Holiday Park to get a replacement.

Q: I have forgotten my password, what do I do?
A: Simply head to the below link to reset your password 

Q: Why is the expiry date and membership number no longer on my card?
A: You can now log into your own portal where you will find information on the validity of your membership, track your bookings, edit your own details and renew or add an associate. The email address and password you use to set up your account is all you will need to receive your discount on online bookings.
