Discover the magnificent marine life of the Pacific Ocean and jump on a boat to visit the mighty Sperm Whale. Each tour is a unique experience and sightings can vary. The Sperm Whales share their unique underwater world with a host of other whale and dolphin species—New Zealand fur seals and the endangered Wandering Albatross, all of which make regular appearances on the Whale Watch Tour.
Depending on the season you may also see migrating Humpback Whales, Pilot Whales, Blue Whales and Southern Right Whales. Kaikoura often hosts the world's largest dolphin, the Orca, and is home to the world's smallest and rarest dolphin, the Hector's.
Kaikoura is one of the most breathtaking locations in New Zealand and is just 2.5 hours north of Christchurch.
